PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide theft preventing function by driving a power window motor onto the closing side upon detecting opening of a window by external force from a pulse signal in a power window control device for opening/closing the window of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Upon detecting the moving quantity of a window exceeding the specified value by signal input from a pulse generator 2 connected to a power window motor 1, in the off state of an ignition switch 5, a controller 3 drives the power window motor 1 onto the closing side to close the window, thus preventing theft action. In case a signal associated with a collision accident is inputted from a G-sensor 4, the controller 3 stops theft preventing function so as to be able to rescue occupants from the outside. Even when the window is operated to open/close immediately after the off operation of the ignition switch 5, the theft preventing function is not operated because of delay function so as to be able to prevent theft action of opening the window by force to intrude into a vehicle. |
