PURPOSE: To obtain an electrifying member, a transferring member and a cleaning member less liable to a change even in use over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: Each of the objective electrifying, transferring and cleaning members consists of a substrate 2 contg. an ionic conductive material and a rubber layer 3 disposed on the surface of the substrate 2 and made chiefly of chlorinated PE, chlorosulfonated PE, an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer or 1,2-polybutadiene. The rubber layer 3 of the transferring member further contains an electrically conductive material and that of the cleaning member further contains silica. |
