The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the tilt limiter for a stadium seat displaying a generally flat strip forming a substantially irregular loop portion on one end and extending into a free-hanging inwardly bend portion on the opposite end. The substantially irregular loop portion displays a number of recesses and protrusions along its peripheral surface.
