PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably improve the quality of voices such as decoded voice, synthesized voice and so forth with a small amt. of calculation. SOLUTION: This device cascade connects a first filter 112 having pole-zero type transfer functions A(z)/B(z) for emphasizing the spectral envelope of a voice signal and a second filter 113 for compensating inclinations of spectrums of the voice signal. Then, two filter coefficients to be used in the second filter 113 in order to compensate the inclinations of the spectrums are respectively calculated independently from the pole-zero type transfer functions and then the inclinations of spectrums respectively corresponding to pole-zero transfer functions are compensated by the calculated filter coefficients. |
