SOLUTION: From a plurality of information sources providing the observation data, image data mode observation data are collected at predetermined time intervals via a network such as the Internet, and these are accumulated with the time information. On demand from a user, images of a plurality of observation data collected at the same time are arranged and displayed without any overlap. The observation data collected at the predetermined intervals are displayed in a time sequence at a certain cycle so as to be reproduced as an animation.</p> |
