摘要 PURPOSE: A method for processing a zirconia ceramic sleeve for an optical communication connector is provided to form a concentricity while grinding an inner diameter of a zirconia ceramic sleeve material based on an outer diameter of the zirconia ceramic sleeve material using a precision fixture. CONSTITUTION: At least one material(3) having a zirconia ceramic sleeve in which an outer diameter is formed is put on a lower plate having a V-groove shape. The at least one material(3) is fixed by a rubber O-Ring(2) and a precision jig upper plate(1). A tool is mounted in a nitrogen barrel. An etched tool rises through a tool support by a motor to etch the tool. An etching Tool is fixed to an etching tool fixing member. A diamond powder is coated on an etched part of an etching tool by an automatic feeder. An inner diameter is processed by passing the etching Tool on which the diamond powder is coated through a precision fixing jig high speed rotating device. An automatic washer washes a cutting material of a zirconia ceramic sleeve material on covered the etching tool.
