PURPOSE: A method is provided to make a film hot line via a corrosion process by printing a print film reprinted so as to have a shape where a conventional hot line is disposed. CONSTITUTION: A heater print film is fabricated by adhering an aluminum film and a heat-resistant polyester film(10). The heater print film is cut to be suitable for a product shape to be applied. A cleaning process is performed to remove a contaminant of the cut heater member. A film for print having the same pattern as a hot line conventionally disposed is printed on an aluminum film of the cleaned heater member. After drying the heater member, the film for print is detached from the heater member and is put in a development solution so that the film is corroded to have a pattern caved at the film and thus a film hot line(20) is developed. After washing the heater member, both ends of the film hot line are punched and electric lines are fixed at the both ends. A polyester film(30) is attached on a surface where the film hot line is printed, and simultaneously a double-sided tape(40) is attached by the polyester film. The polyester film and the double-sided tape are cut to be suitable for a heater member.
