PURPOSE: A vehicle body testing jig is provided to achieve improved quality and shorten the new vehicle development period, while allowing the vehicle body test to be easily performed. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body testing jig comprises a testing hole inspection unit(5,5') arranged to be slidable onto a base(3), and which measures the side setting and testing hole of a cowl part at both sides of a prototype vehicle; and a cowling inspection unit(7) arranged to be slidable onto the base, and which inspects cowling at the central portion of the cowl part in the front central portion of the prototype vehicle. The testing hole inspection unit includes left and right side gates(9,9') disposed at both sides of the base, and arranged to be slidable in a horizontal direction; left and right gate beams(11,11') mounted in a vertical direction onto left and right side gates; hinge brackets mounted inside the left and right gate beams, respectively; rotating plates having ends hinge-mounted to the hinge bracket, and which have coupling bolts for coupling the rotating plates to the top surfaces of the hinge brackets, respectively; and gauge pins arranged at the other ends of the rotating plates, respectively.
