PURPOSE: A sealing structure of an intake manifold is provided to drop the unit cost of production by using a liquefied gasket and improve the productivity by automatically injecting the liquefied gasket. CONSTITUTION: In an intake manifold forming a plurality of runners(12) at a connection part(10) mounted at a cylinder head of an engine, a sealing groove(13) is formed on the connection face(11) of the connection part to cover the outer circumference of the runner, and an injection groove for injecting a liquefied gasket(16) into the sealing groove is formed to communicate the sealing groove with the outside of the connection part, so that the liquefied gasket is filled in the sealing groove through the injection groove in a state that the connection part is connected to the cylinder head.
