PURPOSE: A wall mounted book lamp is provided to reduce eye fatigue and achieve improved user convenience by allowing a user to listen to the radio and check time while using the toilet seat. CONSTITUTION: A wall mounted book lamp comprises a main body case(20) fixed to a wall(10) of a toilet room through a screw(18), and which has a stabilizer unit connected to a power line installed in the wall, and a lamp button; an upper case(60) which is hinge-coupled to the main body case, and has a cold cathode fluorescent lamp(64) connected between the stabilizer unit and the lamp button; and a reflector plate(68) arranged within the upper case, and which reflects the light emitted from the cold cathode fluorescent lamp. The upper case has an angle of 45 to 180 degrees with respect to the main body case, when the cold cathode fluorescent lamp is in a use. The reflector plate has a lamp holder(70) for holding the cold cathode fluorescent lamp. A liquid crystal display(72) is arranged outside the upper case so as to display the current time.
