PURPOSE: A cooling water treating device for glass processing is provided to smoothly process glass by effectively extracting the glass powder contained in the cooling water and to remove most of the glass powder in the cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water treating device for glass processing comprises a tank(10) having cooling water recovery pumps(10a), a cooling water inflow guide pipe(11) installed vertically in the center of the tank, a scraper(12) having a rotating shaft(12a) rotated by a motor(12b), a supply pipe(20) connected to the lower portion of the tank to supply the glass powder contained in water to a centrifugal separator, a centrifugal separator(30) separating the glass powder contained in water, a discharge pipe(36) discharging the glass powder separated by the centrifugal separator, and a recovery pipe(21) supplying the water to the tank. Therefore, glass powder is separated effectively and water is re-used.
