PURPOSE: Provided is a heat transfer film with gold or silver foil using anti-scratch property which is contacted to a subject to be decorated by heat and pressure and rubbed by a metallic brush to show wanted decoration effect on the subject. CONSTITUTION: The heat transfer film with the gold or the silver foil using anti-scratch property is characterized by laminating a substrate layer(10) made of a lusterless film, a releasing agent layer(20) made of acryl resin, an anti-scratch printed layer(30) made of acryl resin, acryl urethane resin, UV resin or urethane resin, a transparent color printed layer(40) made of acryl resin, acryl urethane resin or nitrocellulose resin, an aluminium deposition layer(50) and an adhesion layer(60) made of acryl resin or polyester resin orderly from the substrate layer.
