<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly report desired information to a person carrying a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A remote TMS server 300 collects information on the positions and the operation of construction vehicles 101, 101,... and the collected information is reported to a machine information server 100. The server 100 detects the occurrence of a prescribed event from the reported information and, then, reports event information, etc., about the event to a map server 813. The map server 813 transmits to a portable telephone 103 an event occurrence report mail 1101 displaying the reported event information and printing buttons 420a and 420b where the URL of a detailed event map concerning the event which occurs is buried. When the buttons 420a and 420b are depressed, the machine information server 100 receives the input of the FAX number of the transmission destination of the detailed event map and transmits the detailed event map to a facsimile machine 831 with the inputted FAX number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
