PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current source circuit and an integrated circuit capable of improving accuracy as a constant current source by shortening the time for turning off a current source transistor having the current mirror constitution. SOLUTION: The purpose is attained by providing a first transistor Q1for generating voltage Vbe between a base and an emitter corresponding to a reference current I1by short-circuiting the base and a collector, second transistors Q2and Q3for outputting a collector current having the same value as the reference current I1by impressing the voltage Vbe between the base and the emitter of the first transistor Q1on the base, and an element D1for reducing base electric potential Va of the first and second transistors Q1to Q3according to the relationship between the base electric potential Va of the first and second transistors Q1to Q3and power electric potential Vcc connected to the emitter of the first and second transistors Q1to Q3.
