PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential filter combined with a cutting off characteristic of differential mode and a common mode frequencies. SOLUTION: A differential filter comprises a first input terminal (11), a second input terminal (12), a first output terminal (13), a second output terminal (14), and a plurality of acoustic resonance elements (16 to 24). A plurality of acoustic resonators connect with the first input terminal, the second input terminal, the first output terminal, and the second output terminal. The acoustic resonators are arranged so as to form both a lattice structure (16 to 19) and a full ladder structure (20 to 22). In an alternative embodiment, the acoustic resonators are arranged so as to form the full ladder structure and a half ladder paired structure, the lattice structure and the half ladder paired structure, or all the lattice structure, the full ladder structure, and the half ladder paired structure.
