PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a decrease in picture quality caused by scattering of read light entering a solid-state detector equipped with a photoelectric charge couple generating electrode and a photoelectric charge couple non-generating electrode. SOLUTION: The solid-state detector 20 comprising a 1st conductive layer 21, a photoconductive layer 22 for recording, a charge transfer layer 23, a photoconductive layer 24 for reading, a 2nd conductive layer 25 equipped with the photoelectric charge couple generating electrode 26 composed of many linear electrodes 26a and the photoelectric charge couple non-generating electrode 27 composed of many linear electrodes 27a, etc., is provided with low- reflection-factor layers 40a and 40b on the top and reverse surfaces of each linear electrode 27a of the photoelectric charge couple non-generating electrode 27 to reduce scattered light (read light) reflected by each linear electrode 27a.
