PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of sufficiently being dried in a short time and exhibiting good productivity. SOLUTION: This organic EL panel is provided with a transparent electrode 12 formed on a translucent base board, an organic layer 14 positioned above the transparent electrode 12 for emitting light, an insulation layer 13 interposed between the organic layer 14 and the transparent electrode 12, and a back face electrode 15 positioned on the organic layer 14 to face the transparent electrode 12. The transparent electrode 12 is provided with a segment corresponding part 12a having a light emission area and a wiring part 12b drawn from the segment corresponding part 12a in formation. The insulation layer 13 covers the segment corresponding part 12a to surround its circumference edge and covers the wiring part 12b along its shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
