<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution system for a base station controller which is provided with a function capable of retrieving a base station controller (BSC) onto which call processes are concentrated in a cellular mobile communication system so as to attain load distribution in a way that call process loads are not concentrated on a particular BSC. <P>SOLUTION: In the cellular mobile communication system provided with an MSC (Mobile Switching Center), a plurality of BSCs (Base Station Controllers) and a plurality of BTSs (Base Transceiver Stations), the MSC is provided with a load state monitor/control means for monitoring and controlling a load state of the BSC, each BSC is provided with a data management means for managing a base station number of the like of the BTS managed under the control of itself BSC and a call processing capability management means that manages the call processing capability of itself BSC and the BTS under the control of the BSC, and each BTS is provided with a base station controller storage means for storing the BSC which itself BTS is to access. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
