PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the desired controlling performance by properly controlling the reset of two or more microcomputers. SOLUTION: This electronic device has two microcomputers (first microcomputer 11 and second microcomputer 12) having different lowest operating voltage. A power source IC 14 is provided with two constant voltage circuits 15, 16, respectively generating the operating voltage V1, V2. Two reset generating circuits 17, 18 are connected to the constant voltage circuit 16, and these reset generating circuits 17, 18 observe the operating voltage V2, and output a reset signal to each of microcomputers 11, 12 when V2 is lowered. The reset voltage corresponding to the lowest operating voltage of each microcomputer 11, 12 is respectively determined in the reset generating circuits 17, 18. The first microcomputer monitors the reset signal from the reset generating circuit 18 to the second microcomputer 12, and is transferred to the other processing corresponding to the reset information when the reset is generated.
