PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for generating a natural text from one or more key words.

SOLUTION: A key word 2 is inputted from a key word input part 1, and a text or words and phrases including at least one key word 2 are extracted from a data base 13 by a text words and phrases retrieving/extracting part 11. A text generating part 12 executes the morpheme analysis/syntax analysis of the extracted text or the like, and combines the key word 2 with the text or the like, and outputs a natural text 3.
