PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the stator coil of a dynamo-electric machine, which is can be manufactured in a simple manufacturing process. SOLUTION: To evolve the head of a segment 1000 for an interphase connection cable in the circumferential direction, this head is pre-twisted by one slot pitch in circumferential direction in advance, and also twisting of the top of this head is prevented. Then, the feet of several segments are evolved all at once in circumferential direction, by rotating rings 11 and 12 by half a magnetic pole pitch in the reverse direction, while holding the tops of the heads of the several segments.
