PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute the management operation of a computer by automating a work to collect various information from each computer set on a network while maintaining the safety of the system operation. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an authentication management server 6 installed in a computer 31, a mobile object management server 7 installer in the computer 31, and mobile management servers 5 installed in computers 32-3n. The authentication management server 6 provides authentication information to the mobile management servers 5. The mobile object management server 7 mounts information collecting software 9 on a mobile object 8. The mobile object management server 7 or the mobile management servers 5 execute the transmitting/receiving operation of an information collecting software mounted mobile object 10" with the other mobile management servers 5, and execute the transmitting/receiving operation of the information collecting software mounted mobile object 10" to the mobile management servers 5 whose authentication is successful at the time of operating the communication.
