PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of enhancing a utilizing efficiency of a plurality of lines by suppressing transmission to a destination when the transmission destination is coincident with an opposite party during communication through other line in the case of transmission and to provide a communication method thereof, a program and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus contains a plurality of lines and can make communication at the same time, a management table stores opposite party information to particularize an opposite party during communication by each line, the communication apparatus discriminates whether or not a destination is coincident with the opposite party information stored in the management table in the case of transmission, when the communication apparatus discriminates that the destination is coincident with the opposite party information, the communication apparatus suppresses the transmission to the destination and when other destination is reserved, the communication apparatus makes transmission to the other destination.
