PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify user operation for a connection to a communicating party when starting real time two-way communications or starting interrupted real time two-way communications again. SOLUTION: In a mobile radio terminal 10, a communication history managing part 15 manages communication history information composed of communicating party information specifying the communicating party and the communication contents information of one latest communication with the communicating party for every communicating party and when starting a communication, for example, it is compared whether or not the communicating party information acquired from a counter terminal is matched with the communicating party information in the communication history information. When the acquired communicating party information is matched with the communicating party information in the communication history information, a short-distance radio communication control part 16 performs control to start the real time two-way communication with the counter terminal from the state of loading the communication contents information corresponding to the matched communicating party information in the communication history information.
