PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entity device capable of discriminating at least one meaning information switch included in an entity. SOLUTION: An event is constituted of data and the meaning information of the data. An event place indicates the repercussion range of the event. An entity device is constituted of an entity control part and a meaning information switch for transmitting/receiving data based on the meaning information of the event. The entity control part of the entity device sets the designation of the meaning information switch from the designation of the entity device and the designation of the event place where the entity device participates.
