PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic component that incorporates an inductance element, where electrical characteristics can be changed into narrow tolerance and a high Q value. SOLUTION: Two rows of through-holes 8 are formed in a first layer 1, made of a composite material consisting of functional material powder is mixed with resin, or resin. Conductor patterns 2 and 3 are formed so that the through- holes 8 and 8 in different rows are connected on the upper and lower surfaces of the first layer 1.
