PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a breaker body in a drawer type circuit breaker having a bridge type drawer contact device. SOLUTION: A contact stopper 3 for establishing an opposed distance G3 when the frame side contact edges 56c of opposed drawer contacts 56 of the bridge type drawer contact device 1 are disconnected from each other is installed slidably in the direction of movement of the breaker body. The contact stopper 3 remains at that position after coming into contact with a frame terminal 4 in an inserting operation, and a body terminal 53 and a drawer contact 56 are moved in an insert direction.
