PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for distributing a video on-demand service toward a passenger of an aircraft capable of distributing a service to meet a user's request by changing a range of a work to be distributed according to a boarding class and the number of works in addition to an individual reservation service such as a movie or the like.

SOLUTION: The system for distributing the video on-demand service toward the passenger of the aircraft receives the reservation of video soft contents from a user terminal 6 by a reservation center 1 of an aircraft company via a delivery network, receives the delivery of the reserved video soft contents from a contents server 9 of a contents delivery center 8 by the center 1 of the company via the network, stores the reserved video soft contents in an indoor server 12 in the aircraft from the center 1 of the company, and delivers the reserved video soft contents to a seat terminal 15 in the aircraft from the server 12.
