<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practicability of an information delivery service widely offering contents to be delivered to public, paying a reward to a contents producer and a performer, collecting service charges from users, and, for example, applied to an education field. <P>SOLUTION: A stream data subscription and delivery system subscribes stream data produced with the intention of giving prescribed education effects by an appropriate producer and delivering the subscribed stream data to terminals connected thereto via a network.
