PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document shaping system suitable for improving the readability of digital contents by dealing with topical key words in a batch when shaping or modifying a document in preparing digital contents following the latest information or topic. SOLUTION: A contents distributing terminal 100 prepares digital contents by storing document information constituting contents data into a document information storage frame disposed in a layout area. When the significant words and phrases of a significant word and phrase registering DB 42 are included in the document information, or when semi-significant words and phrases fragmentarily including each morpheme constituting the significant words and phrases of the significant word and phrase registering DB 42 in this order are included in the document information, any line feeding in the significant words and phrases or the semi-significant words and phrases is inhibited in the document information storage frame.
