<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match the power consumption of a customer with a value obtained by correcting the amount of power received from a generator set with a power loss rate, and thereby minimize the fuel cost required for the operation of the generator set or the expenses for buying electric power from a power generation operator. <P>SOLUTION: A simultaneity and commensuration monitoring control device 25 for consigned power is so designed that electric power from a generator set linked with a power system is connecting-supplied or transferring-supplied to equipment at one or more customers, utilizing equipment for distributing electricity of an electric power company. The simultaneity and commensuration monitoring control device 25 comprises a simultaneity and commensuration control command value generating means 30 which computes a power generation command value 29 for each generator set unit in each zone from a generator set received power measurement value 26, a customer supplied power measurement value 27, and equipment data 28; and a generator set monitoring screen image generating means 32 which generates a generator set monitoring screen image 31 from the generator set received power measurement value 27, the generation output command value 29 for each generator set unit, and the equipment data 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
