METHOD AND SYSTEM OF COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF PRODUCTS USING FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system of comparative evaluation of products by which the comparative evaluation of the product can efficiently and easily be performed.

SOLUTION: In the method for performing the comparative evaluation of a plurality of products having assembly components to be compared and evaluated, functions carried by the assembly components are extracted by successively developing them from a primary level to an n-th level and components constituting the assembly components are extracted. The extracted functions and components constituting the assembly components are developed in a matrix table by defining each of them as lines and columns and applicable evaluation identification marks are filled in the matrix table by every product to be compared and evaluated. The products are evaluated as referring to the matrix table in which the evaluation identification marks are described.
