PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level a temperature rise by reducing a large temperature rise based on eddy current loss in a circumferential position, where the current phase of an armature coil of the axial end inside a stator iron core changes, and reducing the maximum value of the temperature rise which arises distributed in the circumferential direction. SOLUTION: The temperature rise ranging over the whole circumferential direction is leveled by forming a step-cut part in an iron core thereby reducing the temperature rise in the circumferential position, where the current phase of the coil of the axial end inside the stator iron core changes.
