PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information delivering system in which a person's safety is considered by a measure for a crime prevention. SOLUTION: The image information delivering system comprises an image information display terminal 1 having an image display unit 2, an image information delivering unit 6 having a plurality of image information input units to selectively deliver the image information, connected to the terminal 1 via a communication means 7 in such a manner that the terminal unit 1 has a video imaging means 3, a voice recording means 4, extracting means 17, 18 for extracting the information based on at least one of the video imaged by the imaging means and the voice recorded by the recording means, and control means 19, 16 for changing the image information displayed on the display unit based on the information extracted by the extracting means.
