<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic personal history processing system capable of evaluating the described contents of an electronic personal history by electronic processing. <P>SOLUTION: The data inputted to a personal history form by an applicant is taken as a personal history input data and created as data separate from a personal history form. On receiving the personal history input data from the applicant, an electronic personal history processor displays the personal history input data on the personal history form. Thus, the input matters of the applicant are inserted in the respective fields of the personal history form and displayed. With reference to a predetermined evaluation table, evaluation points are calculated on the input data input to the respective items of the personal history form, and the evaluation points of the respective items are totalized to calculate the total point corresponding to the personal history input data, and simultaneously displayed on the personal history form. Accordingly, the person in charge of employment in a firm can see not only the matters input by the applicant but also the evaluation point on the input matters, so that he can efficiently evaluate and examine the competent person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
