摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with an urgent support request from a user by previously loading a delivery truck used by a service engineer with consumables such as toner and paper, and parts and units required for visiting repair. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 11 is connected to a terminal device 26 used by a service engineer 20 through a network 1 to gain access to a user information DB 12. The server device 11 accepts a support request form the terminal device used by the user 30 (S1), extracts ID information including a user's address from a user information DB 12 according to the received support request, generates support information according to the extracted ID information and the support request, and transmits the generated support information to the terminal device 26 (S2).
