<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily managing management including an approval processing by a paper document from its application stage and to systematize a series of processings to approval/storage. <P>SOLUTION: This system of document filing is provided with a step for generating and storing an intrinsic identifier including a post-processing code to a document prepared by a document preparation terminal by a document management server, a step for adding the generated identifier to the document and for printing the document in a form by which the identifier is readable by a reader, a step for receiving approval to the printed document, a step reading the approved document and its identifier by the reader, for determining validity by collation with the identifier stored in the document management server and for registering the document which is approved as valid in the document management server and a step for analyzing the identifier added to the document registered in the document management server and for performing a post-processing corresponding to its analysis result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
