PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page preparing method, a Web page preparing program, and a Web page preparing device capable of saving or quickening the editing or updating work of each page by decomposing the constituting elements of a Web page into individual parts, and managing those constituting elements by the part units. SOLUTION: When a Web page is prepared by converting constituting elements allocated to a page for edition into a prescribed format, the constituting elements are allocated on the page for editing and stored in a storage means. Then the constituting elements allocated by an allocating means are converted into a prescribed format so that the Web page can be prepared.
