PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in the dimension of an apparatus body which is associated with the improvement of the controllability of the apparatus and an increase in the dimension of a display screen, with respect to an electronic apparatus, a display apparatus and a communication apparatus. SOLUTION: A case unit B is pivotally joined to an apparatus body A by a pivot C, and an upper operating element of a cross key 10a and function keys 10b are provided so that these parts are positioned on the axis of the pivot C.
