<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage and analyze dealing information of business by using a portable terminal to register and authenticate the member. <P>SOLUTION: In a member authentication and dealing management system, in each entrepreneur, customers having a portable terminal 2 with a browser function are registered as a member, whereby authentication of the member and management for dealing information are performed by the portable terminal 2. The system includes a server 1 for registering a member number in each entrepreneur on a screen by setting a waiting screen to the portable terminal 2 with a browser function to authenticate the member and manage the dealing information, and an entrepreneur terminal 3 having input devices 4, 5 for reading and inputting the screen of the member number from the portable terminal 2 and inputting dealing information and transmitting the input member number and dealing information to the server.
