PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any labor to temporarily convert the output of a demodulating IC into a format available on this system bus, and to output it to the bus, and to re-convert it into the format of a transport stream at a decoder side. SOLUTION: A tuner card for outputting transport stream data is directly inputted to a decoder without using any controller or system bus so that the data can be efficiently transferred.
