<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video stream transmitter which can transmit a video stream in which a resolution of a region designated by a client is raised when the video stream is transmitted to the client. <P>SOLUTION: The video stream transmitter comprises a message receiver 10 for receiving a message from the client 17, a video stream input unit 12 for inputting the video stream, a video stream transmitting unit 13 for transmitting the video stream to the client 17, and a video stream managing unit 11 for controlling the transmitting unit 13 so as to transmit the video stream in which the resolution of the designated region of the stream input via the input unit 12 is raised when the receiver 10 receives the message for designating the region of the stream from the client. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
