<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material procurement support system for efficiently procuring material for parts or the like to be obtained in the future when a part drawing or the like is prepared by using a drawing preparing system or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The material procurement support system is characterized in that, at a design phase, a parts list and master file are read into a data base and the parts list and master file are edited, conditions such as a delivery date or a unit price are set, partners for the parts comprising a processed article, sheet metal and a purchased article are selected by using a partner registration master file precedently registered with partners and inputted into a data base, an estimate request is issued to each partner, reply contents of received estimate sheets are embedded in the parts list, an order table is prepared on the basis of predetermined conditions, and an order sheet is issued to a partner selected on the basis of the order table from a list of estimates obtained in such manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
