<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for supporting utilization of home equity by which purchase of a house such as large scale change of a living space or rent for which utilization of the home equity is enabled can be supported as living in the house for over many generations and simultaneously in accordance with life styles and life stages and consequently, review of such a house as an asset can be supported. <P>SOLUTION: A server executes an asset utilization type house purchasing method for supporting the utilization of the home equity, executes a reviewing method of utilization of the asset utilization type house in process of execution or after completion of execution of the asset utilization type house purchasing method, executes an asset utilization purchase simulation method in an execution process of the asset utilization type house purchasing method or the reviewing method of utilization of the asset utilization type house, executes an auction method by utilizing an asset utilization type housing space in an execution process of the reviewing method of utilization of the asset utilization type house and executes a housing loan auction method of the asset utilization type house in an execution process of the asset utilization type house purchasing method or the reviewing method of utilization of the asset utilization type house. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
