<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, a program of information display and a computer readable recording medium the convenience of which is enhanced for a user. <P>SOLUTION: In an information display system 10, one piece of form information 30a is selected from a plurality of pieces of form information 30 in a storage means 12 by a selection means 18. Then, information to be inserted into the selected form information 30a is collected based on personal information in the storage means 12 by an information collection means 20. Picture information is formed by inserting collected information in prescribed positions B1 to B5 of the selected form information 30a by a picture information formation means 22 and the picture information is transmitted to a user terminal 36 by a transmission means 24.
