<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable elimination of the very troublesome need for a user to take out a collapsible portable telephone from a carrying case when the user wants to perform display browsing operation, button operation, call, etc., in the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: A strip-like transparent material 5 wraps up a display part 11a of a collapsible portable telephone 11 and also both sides thereof. A non- extensible/noncontractible material 2, which is joined to one side of the transparent material 5 by stitching, covers the back side 11c of the display part, the transparent material 5 wraps up the collapsible telephone 11 into a bag shape, which is fixed with adhesive tapes 6 and 7. The transparent material 8 also wraps up a button operating part 11b and also the bottom and both sides of the portable telephone 11. The nonextensive material 3, which is joined to one side of the transparent material 8, covers a back side 11d of the button operating part, the transparent material 8 wraps up the portable telephone 11 into a box shape, which is fixed with adhesive tapes 9 and 10.
