<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a birth recording system of a newborn baby by which all family members can celebrate the birth of the newborn baby by facial expression of the newborn baby without worrying about time and a place, and creation of a photo album and a child care diary of the newborn baby is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: Live cameras 25 to 27 are installed by every newborn baby in a maternity service 20 where newborn babies are born, and pieces of information regarding the newborn babies photographed by the live cameras 25 to 27 are stored in a data base 17.
