PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transducer capable of tracking impedance changes of load and having high degree of designing freedom of the piezoelectric transducer. SOLUTION: A power generating section of an output side is made up of a power generating section 12a, which is excited by low input voltage frequency and has a small interelectrode static capacitance, and a power generating section 12b, which is excited by high input voltage frequency and has a large interelectrode static capacitance, by commonly using an excitation section 11 of an input side, in which the input voltage frequency is set to frequency excited by the former power generating section 12a while the impedance of load 6 is high and the output voltage is brought out from the power generating section 12a, and the input voltage frequency is set to frequency exited by the latter power generating section 12b when the impedance of the load 6 becomes low and the output voltage is brought out from the power generating section 12b. This makes it possible to design each power generating section corresponding to a necessary output impedance, and prevents the equipment from becoming large by commonly using the excitation section 11.
