<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily calculate the received power of a received signal having a wide dynamic range by using the linear-log conversion table of a small capacity. <P>SOLUTION: In a processor 210, an effective digit extraction operating part 211 outputs the amplitude data of the received signal as they are when the amplitude data do not exceed the preset number of effective digits but extracts and outputs data for the number of the effective digits by dividing the amplitude data when the amplitude data exceed the number of the effective digits, and an addition value corresponding to the number of times of division is counted. A linear-log conversion table 212 performs the log conversion of the data for the number of the effective digits extracted by the effective digit number extraction operating part 211 to data in decibel units. An addition operating part 213 operates the received power of the received signal by adding the log- converted data value, the addition value corresponding to the number of times of division, and a reference power value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
