PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a signal of a predetermined pattern is inputted as a target value signal of a feedback control system when the controlled variable is changed in a predetermined manner by controlling a batch plant and the like, and only the adjustment of a control parameter of the controller is a means to allow the controlled variable to quickly follow up to the target value, but it is difficult to realize the quick follow-up performance to the target value of the controlled variable by the feedback control, when the nonlinear property of a controlled object has strong influence. SOLUTION: A pattern of the manipulated variable to allow the controlled variable to make the desired response, and a pattern of the controlled variable corresponding to the pattern of the manipulated variable are determined in advance by the experiment, and the manipulated variable is corrected to the pattern of the manipulated variable on the basis of the deviation of the controlled variable from the pattern of the controlled variable, whereby the high follow-up performance to the target value of the controlled variable can be realized.
